It's our goal to help make you a Shezaadi. To do that, we use a flat-rate policy that we hope you will find fair:

All domestic USA orders ship for free!
No Minimums!
INTERNATIONAL
We want more Shezaadis all over the world! We've worked hard to structure our international shipping to be affordable, legitimate, and easy. We hope you'll agree (let us know if you don't).
Canada: All orders to Canada over $36 ship for free.
Otherwise, orders ship for $16
Everywhere Else: All orders everywhere else over $50 ship for free.
Otherwise, orders ship for $16
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Perhaps you just don't fancy being a Shezaadi (we know, we know, that is not possible!) It almost never happens, and we will be heart broken if it does--but if it does, please know that you can return your cosmetics (unopened) to us, and we will gladly refund you the purchase price and taxes (less shipping).
And if you would like, we will carefully review any note that you send us so that we can improve.
